Quality Management

Delta’s Quality Management plays an important role in regard to the delivery to our customers and their satisfaction. The most important thereby is, to assure the release quality by intensive process tests. These are made in cooperation with our developping department for new developments as well as in new releases of ET3000. Furthermore we work in the support processes for our customers and we help within the Delta to create a consequent service-organisation. At the moment 3 Test-Engineers and two trainees are working in our testcenter. In special cases the test team or a particular person goes to the customer to make the test directly on location. This can be very useful due to a special developement or also due to ressource bottlenecks at the customer. The high application- and process know-how of our team is here especially needed.
