RECS (Green Energy certificate system)
From the beginning of 2003 on, the renewable Energy Certificate System (RECS) runs at ETRANS. Thereby the ecological added value of regenerative produced energy is separated from the physical energy. It is traded as a certificate which is unattached from location and time. Delta Energy Solution AG obtained the order from the suisse Verbundsgesellschaft Etrans AG, Laufenburg, to develop the administration and trading system for RECS-Certificates. This system is used at ETRANS for the RECS-domains Switzerland and France.
The RECS application is a Oracle IAS application, where the user can have access on the data base contents via web browser.
