To assure that a project can be finished on time, you need an accurately timed ressource plan with the adequate staff. Special attention is drawn to the selection of the project management.
Delta’s project manager have experience in the implementation of the selected software modules and they are familiar with the business processes of the energy area, especially the energy trade. They manage the project for the customer over the whole period and they are responsable for a succesfull completion. They are responsable, as the project manager of the customer on the site of the deliverer, for the etat distribution, Budget Management, Planning Management and the supply of ressources and they also keep a good contact to the company management. They know every detail of the project coordination and they solve local as well as common conflicts. Furthermore they manage the risk- and communication process, assure the availability of the users, observe the tasks and appointments in the work-streams. They also organize and inform the steering commitee.
