Due to the constantly increasing complexity level of today’s software applications, only a very directed and extensive training can make an implementation successful. Delta’s training department uses well developed training material which can be adjusted to the customer’s needs according to pre-knowledge, used modules and special desires.
The trainers do a training which is a mix of structured and formless training. This is to maximize the learning experience and to assure that the user is convinced by the use of the system. Often training is started too early so the user hasn’t already the ability to follow the new application.
Delta makes sure that its users are well trained. We deliver a training plan which is held within the process of implementation. During the early levels of an implementation, a formal training plan with a strong customer input is held for the customer. This training plan is a mix of structured group lessons and practical hands-on trainings. The plan assures that the right person gets the right training at the right time.
